Image Library Conditions Of Use

Please read and adhere to the following information before using any image from the Scripps Institution of Oceanography Image Library:

• Unless otherwise indicated, images contained in the Scripps Image Library are available for use in print and electronic material by Scripps Institution of Oceanography employees and members of the media, university staff, and teachers with permission from Scripps Institution of Oceanography, UCSD.
• These images CANNOT be used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
• Please credit all images to Scripps Institution of Oceanography.
• To obtain a high-resolution version of any image in the library, you must submit an electronic request form to the Scripps Communications Office.
• Granting the right to use an image from the Scripps Image Library does not explicitly or implicitly convey Scripps's endorsement of the site or document in which it is used or the entity using it.
